If you have a USA postal address or you are located in Canada, we happily provide you our chocolate creations fresh through the United States Postal Service (USPS) Priority Mail.
- The USPS states a typical three-day delivery on Priority Mail, but it is not guaranteed.
Follow these guidelines for enjoying the world's best chocolate in your home or office, and for gifting on your special occasions and holidays:
- Please order at least 6 business days before the date you want to receive your chocolate necessities.
- Let us know your preferred date for receiving your chocolate necessities. Write the date in the Message box on the Shipping Information page.
Weather Watch: Our chocolate creations are known for melting in your mouth. That's how you know they're world class. However, that's the only place you want them to melt. So:
- We provide you a link to the weather forecasts for the area where you want us to send your chocolate necessities.
- If the temperature is 72 degrees or higher, let's talk.
- We won't ship under those conditions through our normal channels.

From time to time, we receive incorrect shipping information and a package comes back to us. We'll take full responsibility for providing you the freshest, best-tasting chocolate experiences of your life; we give you full responsibility for providing us accurate information for sending them to you.
